"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Purchase and install Congoleum type flooring in kitchen and laundry room. Purchase process was pleasant. Installation was tedious and drawn out. The installers did not bring enough material, so the installation process became a two-week process since more material had to be ordered. Shoe molding was installed but it was so badly installed, I called (and stopped by the store a few times) to have this reinstalled correctly. Additionally, the installlers dragged the refrigerator and washer and dryer across the new floor leaving visible scrapes that won't come out. The final job was completed a couple of months later after my several visits to the store seeking resolution. A simple job took way too long, but the owners did come through to correct the installation."

He was very careful with the walls and everything was cleaned spotless when he was done - they cleaned out my ducts, window sills and even mopped my kitchen floor when they were done!
For me to pick my stain color, he put several large samples side-by-side, right on the actual floor, so I could see exactly how the stain color would take and how the lighting in my home effected it. He stayed in constant communication with me on where things were and when I went to see the finished floors - it was just Beautiful. Every nail hole was filled in, every old divot was evened out and the Top Coat he suggested, to protect my floors from my dogs nails was worth every penny!
