"This is the second time we have used Advantage Blinds. When we first moved into our home, we had them measure and install blinds and they were wonderful. Then, just recently we had new windows installed. We, once again used Advantage Blinds and once again. We could ask for better service. They are wonderful to work with and extremely nice and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend them and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I give them a very strong thumbs up!"

"They're great! Friendly, timely, thorough, detail-oriented, responsive and humble. Even when the second raccoon nest fell out of the soffit, there was no swearing, just a howl. The house looks fantastic, and they didn't leave a mark on it. They went the extra mile to get the details just right even though it took them longer to achieve. They were polite and informative when asked about the hows and whys of some of the work. If they were painters, I'd hire them to paint the behemoth as well."

"Crew arrived on time and started immediately. They brought plenty of lumber to replace quite a bit of damaged wood that I had. They clean all the debris up before they left and the roof looks amazing! It was a great experience on a job that I had not planned for at the time. I highly recommend Top Choice Home Improvement!"

"I can't say enough about Versatile and the work they do. This is the third job that I've hired them for and they are not only on time, but work quickly with more than reasonable pricing. We had a leak following work in the kitchen and after I texted them at 7 am in the morning, they were pulling into my driveway to effect repair before 8. If I could give more than A+++++ I would !"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Flat Rock, MI

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
