"Hired for a job in Historic St Augustine. Was very upfront on the location of the house. Scheduled for 8:30 am. At 8:55 am the day of the job, the plumber called and was like "Oh, you're way down in St Augustine." Umm, yeah. He didn't show up until 9:45 am. Needed him to fix an outside water spigot and he did the job. Then needed to address poor water pressure in a bathroom sink. Assumed it was a clogged aerator. He could not remove the aerator but he did check the water pressure and it was good. The next day I watched a youtube video and removed the aerator myself. There was another fine mesh one behind it. Could not remove that so I ended up replacing the faucet myself. Now it works fine. Would I recommend? Eh, probably not. If St Augustine is too far to drive to make an 8:30 appointment, tell me up-front. And no, did not get any discount for making me wait. In fact he was there a little over an hour and I got charged for 1.25 hours."

"My tenant and I were given window of 8am - 1pm that's a FIVE hour window. We were contacted ONCE at 11:45 on the status of our service call. They said that they were running behind. We waited until five minutes after one. There was no attempt to call or reschedule the service. I contacted the office manager, she assured me he was "on his way". She asked me if I still needed their service, I said yes we had been waiting five hours. when the Plummer got there he seemed put out. He said something about being backed up, to which I said we've been waiting five hours and nothing else was said. He looked at our toilet, it took him less than ten minutes to diagnosed the problem. He said he had to order a part and went outside to infer with their parts department. Ten minutes later, I get a call from the dispatcher quoting me a price for a the simple fix. I told them I was not interested in hiring them. The price of the fix was greater than the price of a new toilet."
