He was efficient and practical with his analysis and offered several options to address our drainage/erosion issues. When his team arrived, they were prompt, courteous, hard working. It was obvious they enjoyed and were proud of the work they did. They always did little things that went above and beyond the project work. The two crew chiefs, Julio and Oscar were a pleasure to deal with. They always kept us in the loop. Laura in the back office was wonderful. Overall, the outcome of the project was impressive. I will also add that Yvonne was really nice on the phone when I made the appointment. I had three Bradford Pear trees to be removed. While I was discussing the situation with Jose, he impressed me with his knowledge and how he explained exactly what he would do. I had looked up what price range for this type of job and his price was very fair. Jose and his team came back the same day. It was done quickly (they worked non-stop), and everything was cleaned up when they left. He even trimmed a tree that was getting overgrow-looks great. All in all, a class act, job well done!
