The owner himself came out to meet us & give a estimate. He was extremely professional but really kind & talked us through what needed to be done with no pressure to hire him.He answered all our questions. This is our 1st Home purchase so we didn't know much. When I called him to hire for the job and discussed the date and time. They were here even before the time. They were very professional & did a fantastic job.Because of his Professional Knowledge, fully explanation of everything & personable kindness we hired J&J Seamless Gutters we are very happy with the job well done. These days it's rare to have the owner come out & meet the customer. He really cares about the satisfaction of the customer and his work.He gave me his phone number & said i could call for anything which I have called & he took care of my questions immediately. His work is guaranteed for as long as we live in this home.If your looking for honest professional business go with J&J.His crew was also very professional & kind they immediately went to work & got the job done in a timely manner.I LOVE our gutters & J&J Seamless Gutters. The Home we purchased never had Gutters & He seen the damage it had been causing & immediately knew what needed to be done & fixed our issues plus it looks Fabulous. "Great experience! They were very considerate and met our needs perfectly when our gutter broke and needed repaired. Communication was very thorough and professional and they were able to get us an option within our budget. Very satisfied and would recommend them to anybody who needs gutter work done!"

"We had 12 windows and sills replaced, including some very large picture windows and a custom window. Matt was very responsive when we called for an estimate. He came to the house within a few days, assessed the extent of necessary repairs, and came back a few days later with a thorough explanation of the job and the estimated price. He and his crew were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They did an excellent job, and we will definitely hire them for home improvements in the future.

"Hired Curb Appeal as a handyman for a small roof shingle repair. Response was very fast and repair completed quickly. Highly recommend Curb Appeal."

"At firs there were some issues with getting in touch with Brad, the owner. After several days after calling to inquire about my leaking roof, he called me back. Brad was out the next day to inspect the roof and advised me that it would not pass an inspection, due to our house being for sale I asked him for some estimates on several different options. It took about two weeks with a couple of phone calls to get the estimate. Once I confirmed with him that I wanted the new roof with repairs to the rotten wood his crew was out within two days and was done in a day and a half. My only complaint about the job was that there was quite a bit of trash left in the yard along with some cigarette butts. I also didn't ever receive a receipt for the work with the warranty. It appears to me that they did a good job and based on some conversations with a couple of general contractors I know, it seems like I got a reasonable price. I would hire this company again."

"Mike provided a quick response to my inquiry call and we arranged a date/time for him to do the work. He followed up via text on the service date and he arrived promptly. Although it was very cold with ice on the ground, he worked efficiently to repair the siding and downspout. It's been about 5 weeks since the repair and have had no issues. I appreciate the professionalism and will definitely call him in the future for other home repair / maintenance needs."

"The process was wonderful start to finish! Darrell was great on helping us make temporary repairs and Mark was a great help with the replacement process!"

"The first time it was $21,000, then we had them do some additional...they gave us an estimate, I think of around $6000 and honestly we haven't paid them because they haven't finished. They seemed very professional. I thought they would do an excellent job. They could match our color scheme. This is in a company that is warranted, life time paint, never have to paint again and if we do, we'll come out time and time again to do it. So the idea was great and we had been having to paint the brand new home every year. We were tired of that and they seemed like they could do a great job and the product seemed very good. We had them paint it the first time and we had room additions added and they painted that. It seemed very good and very professional. They painted some things that they shouldn't have like the windows, so it is hard to close them. Overall they did a decent job but then the last time they came out to do some repair work, they actually did some construction in addition to the painting and then they didn't match the paint colors correctly. They didn't finish the repair work, where they thought they might have finished it, it wasn't as it was before architecturally, aesthetically pleasing anymore. I had a punch out list and I said, this is all the punch out list that needs to be addressed. They said something about, okay they'll take care of it but they never scheduled a time or place to review the punch out list or to schedule to get them fixed. We have been calling and they've not been returning our calls. We thought they were out of business actually. Then last year all of our windows sills rotted and again, with the paint that wouldn't have happened. We replaced all of our windows. The window company actually reached out to Hoosier Permanent Coatings  and they are still in business as you probably found them in your system. They said well because we didn't pay them that last amount our, warranty is null and void. So we've been trying to call them, we leave messages and they don't call us back. If we talked to them maybe this thing can be settled."
