Dany was prompt in answering his phone, providing me a quote, and giving me a timeline of when his crew could begin. Work included replacing all trim boards , painting all the interior, installing all new flooring, repainting kitchen cupboards, installing new countertops and new backsplash and painting the exterior of the house. Dany was excellent at communicating everything. The work was completed in a timely manner. They did an excellent job and we couldn’t be happier. "Appointment was easy to arrange and the provider was very responsive.  In fact, he allowed us to use his contractor number to achieve a discount on the paint!  The painter was on time and spent great deal of time masking off the area to be painted and placing plastic on floor to prevent damage and spills. We had a special of 8 hrs of a interior painting.  The job wasn't quite finished but it was no fault of the painter.  His work was excellent and the care for our home was superb.  Highly recommend this provider.

"WOW, WOW, and WOW!!! Dana and his crew did a fantastic job! They arrived on time and did what they said they would. The crown molding was really the "crowning touch" for our home. We had no idea how plaln everything looked until it was completed. (I will be adding photos)...EVery room looks gorgeous. The real "Crowning touch" is the way all the corners look, They stand out and really add a decorative touch to the rooms. They moved furniture and did not make any demands on us to be furniture movers etc. Then after, they cleaned up and put everything back the way it was. (I can't get house painters to do that) You really will not be disappointed if you call them."

"They make the process very easy. Colors are true. Template for measuring was spot on. I have an oval table. The pads stay in place so nice on the table with magnets at the seams! I also bought protectors for the pads for storage."

"Great. We worked with David who was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable. I enjoyed working with him and Specialized Flooring. If we needed more flooring, I'd go to them in a minute. I highly recommend them. The only thing I can say that's negative, BUT no fault of Specialized Flooring, is that sort of work makes a whale of a lot of dust. :)"

The painter proceeded to roll on the paint beginning with the red accent wall first.   After all walls were painted  then cutting in around doors and windows.  Then he applied the second coat on the red wall and then applied a second cut-in and the second coat to all walls.  With the walls painted and repainted he started on the baseboards which he painted twice.  Project done!  And an excellent job was completed.

After we had a recent major rain storm, I discovered localized interior water damage to our home at two locations.  The first location was from an exterior roof leak and the second location was from an exterior window leak.  I contacted GBP Contracting regarding assessment and repair of the problems.  Gary promptly returned my call and set up an appointment to come to our house.  Gary arrived right on time and I showed him the problem areas.  He did an inspection and took some photos and said he would quickly work up a repair proposal and e-mail to me.  Gary was very professional, easy to talk with, and listened to me which I really appreciated.  This was my first experience as a homeowner in dealing with water leak damage so I was anxious and Gary did a super job of explaining what was going on and really put my mind at ease.  The proposal arrived quickly and contained a detailed description of the work to be performed, estimate of the cost, payment terms, and schedule.  The work scope, cost, and schedule were very reasonable and I authorized work to start.  Throughout the repair process, Gary kept in regular contact to tell me when workers would arrive and what work they would do.  Some of the work was done by subcontractors and some by Gary and his staff.  Gary did a great job coordinating the work done by his subcontractors.  Everyone showed up on time and knew exactly what they needed to do.  I was never left hanging and there were no surprises.  The external problem areas at the roof and windows causing the rain leaks were identified and repaired.  They then repaired interior damage to the drywall and textured and painted to match.  All is now beautiful and leak-free.  All in all we are very pleased with the work done by Gary and GBP Contracting.  I appreciated his extensive construction expertise, professionalism, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.  We will definitely use GBP Contracting in the future and give them our highest recommendation.  Super job all the way around !!!
