"Communication is a problem with this company. I had to call to make the appointment even though I had all the dates available on the signup. On Monday the day of the appointment, I had to call to check on my appointment which was 10-12 at 11:40. They said they would be out there shortly, but I had to call back again at 1:15 to cancel( outraged) -a waste of my day off. Setup the appointment for Friday for 8-10 but, yet again I called they had my name down but, didn't have a time for me. They did dispatch a technician right away and he accomplished the task of replacing an outside hose bib and line in a timely and professional manner."

"We initially tried calling a different company (Beeline). We tried calling 4-5 times and never got through to a receptionist or anything. We left voice mails and used their online free estimate request service. We then found Berrett Pest Control and got through right away. The guy who answered was very helpful and didn't try to oversell. He actually pointed out a few options that were unnecessary for our situation and saved us some money. We were able to schedule the appointment about 4 days after I called (I called on a Friday and they came on Tuesday). On Tuesday our appointment window was from 5-7pm. Around 5:30 the technician, Dale, called me and said that he was about 20 minutes from my house. I greatly appreciated the heads-up so we weren't wondering if we'd be waiting until 7. Dale arrived right on time and came in and explained the whole process and what he'd do to help our carpenter ant situation.
