"The technician showed up on time on the scheduled day. However they had a propane water heater instead of gas with them at the time. Apparently some kind of mixup on the paperwork at the office. The gas version of the same water heater was only available from their warehouse in Pueblo, and would take a minimum of two days to arrive. Due to the mixup, they agreed to do the installation of the water heater after hours at no additional cost to accommodate our schedule, since we were unable to arrange to be home again during the day that week. Installation went smoothly and i have no complaints about the work performed. Have used this company for other smaller plumbing tasks and they are reliable and reasonably priced for plumbing services. would use them again.

"This was a project I probably could have done myself, but had no time. I pushed the first plumber on another offer to remove and install four bathroom sinks in two hours. I thought I would throw them a bone with this job. I really appreciated the quality of work performed and the professionalism provided. Keep up the great work!

"Great. Alex did a review of the current location, the type water heater I had (gas versus electric) and what would be required to move the hot water heater. He also suggested I consider a tankless hot water heater based on the expense to move the current one."

"Service went exceptionally well. The plumbing company I used for many years went out of business, so I called Advantage after reviewing their ratings on Angie's List. Advantage was very nice and helpful from my phone call through the service call. I could not be more pleased with the work and the technician. Initial call was for leak under master bath sink. When we went to the basement to turn off the water we discovered a split pipe above my hot water heater. The technician was able to fix that issue in short order along with the master bath leak. I am so pleased he was able to do that repair in the same visit rather than having to set another appointment. I will use Advantage from now on."

"Met Jay by chance and told him we had HVAC issues and needed someone to help solve numerous issues (without hiring a team of contractors). Jay had the monumental task of designing an HVAC project to address our issues: *No HVAC *House was not plumed for HVAC (even though we had told the builder we wanted it) *Electrical panel could not handle installation of an HVAC load and required an upgrade *We had an installed a gas line in the garage during build (for a future heater) but needed the heater and blowers installed. Jay and his team impressed my husband with their professionalism, gave my husband a great consultation with their recommendations and solutions, provide a quote that was not only fair but included a much appreciated military discount, and the team was readily available to get us scheduled within 2 weeks. Jay offered us financing, and at 24 months/0 interest... who could pass up taking on our whole project at once! Needless to say we booked Mountain View Comfort right away and we couldn’t be happier with our decision!!!"
