"The reviews were positive; one review talked about what a good job they did with the landscaping. When I talked with the representative, he said they would dig up the plants with a ball of dirt to keep the roots moist and then replant after they were finished. The workers showed up on time and started to work. I looked out a little later and saw a mound of dirt with the plants laying on top; they had not kept a dirt ball around any of the plants. We also a rock perimeter around the landscaping that was destroyed as they dug up the landscape around the front of the house. They did offer to replace the plants, but I was upset about the way the landscaping was replaced and told them not to bother."
