"I came to the link to share it with a friend who is looking for a contractor because I wanted to recommend her to Joseph and Sons and realized I have not written my review yet. I know is a late review though the feeling is the same :) I met with Angelo in the winter of 2019 - a tree had fallen over our roof, we had damage in different areas of the house including the deck. I will make it efficient for you guys; 1. They worked around my budget and went above and beyond 2. They cleaned up after themselves every time 3. Staff was extremely respectful. No music, or Loud conversations and absolutely nice. We enjoyed getting coffee for them and sweets for late afternoon snacks. 4. They will get the job done the way you have imagined it, not the way they think is best. 5. Angelo understands your needs and will help you get as much load off your shoulders as possible. 6. Clean finishes. Sharp paint skills. Detailed focused. 7. Angelo understands how the HOI works, and all the possible ways things could end up working out, so we were always prepared and the job came to finish under the full given budget by the HOI co. 7. I hired him for a few other things at home. 8. They did; new roof, full master bath reno, master wall, second bath ceiling, guest room wall+ceiling, kids room wall + ceiling, second-floor whole-way ceiling, kitchen ceiling, deck reno + pain, AC repairs, paint outside and inside, gutters. They are truly awesome, it was a blessing from heaven having them to help us deal with so much stuff. If I have more projects to do at home I will be calling Angelo again."

"C3 was not the lowest cost, but they were the best. Josh and his team were punctual, worked all day, needed no supervision and did high-quality work. Josh provided some options for a better appearance and was fair in extra costs coming from excavating the slope. We are very happy with the wall and steps and even yard for summer entertaining. "When I called their office he was very prompt in sending someone to the site for ideas. They drew a wonderful preliminary plan. Then I requested that Doug Fullerton come back so we could make changes. He had wonderful ideas. He started the work in just a few days. He did everything we wanted, and he did it wonderfully. The prices were reasonable. He also moved a shed so that we could make better use the space. The customer service was terrific. I can't imagine anyone could have done a better job with no stress or hassle. It looks beautiful, and this was all done in just 3 weeks, was exactly how long he said it would be! He is a real landscape architect and knew exactly what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone."

"From the moment he came to give us an estimate, Craig and Creative Images were everything we could have hoped for. We'd bought our house in the winter, so we were unaware that the property did not drain properly. It became an immediate issue the following summer with standing water at various spots throughout the yard, so we knew it was going to be an unforeseen project. But, more specifically, we knew it was a project we could not afford to get wrong. We received other estimates that were temporary fixes to the problem that were portrayed as "all we needed." When Craig arrived, his idea was completely different and much more comprehensive. What others had said was fixable with simply regrading the property, Craig quickly identified as a much more complex problem. He showed us that a drainage system was the only solution because the type of soil in our yard (clay), and that, in addition to raising and regrading the property, this would alleviate the problem. We decided if we were going to fix it, we would make sure we fixed it correctly, and banked on Craig's expertise - even though it was more money. The yard has turned out to be perfect. It's a completely new space, a total 180 from what it was just four months ago. Our dog and the rest of the family can actually use the space now, and while it was expensive, it was money well spent. While his knowledge and ideas were obviously fantastic, the thing that really set Craig and his company apart was their professionalism and how they conducted themselves throughout all phases of the job. Every single member of the team that worked on our job over a two-day period was personable, pleasant and professional from the minute they stepped foot on the property. I asked several different members of the team questions over the course of the two days, and each one knew the answer without having to ask anyone else. Also, we have a six-month-old daughter, and they made it a point to wave and smile at her while she watched from the window. They left our property spotless when they were finished, and even came back after the first rain storm to make sure everything was working properly. I could not possibly give Craig and Creative Images a higher recommendation. We have not only found a landscaping company that we will use for the rest of our time in Totowa - we have found a partner we will use as long as they are in business."
