"I called PEC floors, based on their positive reviews on multiple "review" websites. I needed them tio do an epoxy/flake floor topping on my Brooklyn basement floor which was just old raw concrete. Their communication, Jonathan especially, was excellent, throughout the job. Even when unexpected problems in timing occurred, there was excellent communication from Shay. The issue was resolved and work was completed as originally scheduled. Their price was what I considered fair and the work was done on time, on budget and in a professional manner. The basement looks great. The color flake we chose was called "Cabin Fever", 2020 appropriate, LOL. Pics included. Thank you PEC."

"Contracted to replace existing fan. They installed a new fan and did not remove the old. Not what we agreed to. Now I have two attic fans...one that does not work. In addition, they damaged the ceiling in the bedroom during install. DO NOT RECOMMEND"
