"Before my long review just know you should use these guys I highly recommend the team at City Suburb! It is about 4 months post project and I am finally getting a chance to write a review. Had my brick front steps and landing completely repaired. The team replaced my broken stone steps, repointed the bricks, and poured a new concrete landing for me. The work was done in 3 days as quoted with the weather cooperating. They made little mess, cleaned while they worked, and cleaned up before they left everyday. Pricing was consistent with other quotes we received but the professionalism was what ultimately made me move forward. I had a digital contract for the work outlining the job, timeline, and cost the same day they came out to give me an estimate. I am going to have them come out and do additional waterproofing and stonework for me in the next few months."

It was a joint project with the next door neighbors, who also needed their bluestone sidewalk replaced with concrete in order to make a workable driveway. I asked if I could have the salvaged bluestone. JB took care of the city permits, and the workers were there at 8 AM, prying up bluestone and piling it neatly in my back yard. His price was fair and he did the right thing.  He didn't try to take shortcuts or shortchange me.  I've seen my fair share of shady contractors in the past.

He was courteous, professional and he took care of the work with pride.  It has been over 4.5 months since his work is completed.  My DOT violation has been dismissed and my concrete looks great.
