He returned my call, the same day. I found Greg, a pleasure to deal with. I chose his company to call, over 3 other names I felt fortunate, it worked out so well, and I made an excellent choice. Now have the name of someone who handles all types of home repairs, that does excellent work. I was extremely impressed, that upon walking up to my door, he removed the snow, off the steps. "LI & A Construction completed two projects for us. The first was last summer. Mr. Hetnarien and his team eliminated a section of the houseâ s back deck. This year LI & A Construction updated a section of a small bathroom in our house. On both projects, Mr. Hetnarien and his crew did an outstanding job. My research for a general contractor led me to LI & A Contraction Corp. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. Mr. Hetnarien always got back to me within 48 hours. He is both accessible and approachable. Both jobs were carried out promptly. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. "My wife and I are very pleased with the work done by Matteo, Jose, Vicente and Juan. Matteo presented us with reasonable estimates for the two jobs we wanted done. One bathroom was gutted and renovated. It looks absolutely wonderful now. My wife and I provided the materials, but Matt was helpful in making suggestions. Jose added a control panel that now allows us to control water flow to the other bathroom and kitchen without having to turn off the water for the building. The master bedroom/studio was painted and looks great.. Among other things, they fixed a slanted doorway and replaced a door. We'd highly recommend them."

"After a bad experience, I hired P.Bright to complete the job. Ezequiel and his team were extremely hardworking. I have hired many contractors over the years and this was a pleasant change. They worked on shutter and trim repair. Also insulating my walls, priming and painting. Lastly they replaced an exterior grille. The work looked very nice. - A proposal was provided at the beginning - They protected all the surfaces and cleaned up. I have cleaned up after multiple contractors and now will not hire anyone that does not leave the job as they found it - They provide enough staff to do the work properly (this is important as a lot of GCs will send too few or sometimes too many) - All the men worked very hard and when I would check in on them, they were always working. Very pleasant team with no attitude - During construction, one may discover additional repairs, they took this into their stride and were able to do it - Price was on par with others I have hired As a general rule, I find it helpful to discuss everything upfront and get things in writing before the work proceeds so there is less confusion."
