She called her daughter who recommended APEX. After a week or two agonizing over the situation, I decided to call APEX. Mr. Rogers answered the phone and I spoke with him at length about my problem. He was very, very nice and explained their process in cleaning carpets with pet stains. I agreed to have them clean the carpet. I called him on Monday, July 6th, and Mr. Rogers made the appointment for Tuesday, July 7th. As I said in paragraph 14, my husband and I still cannot believe that it is the same carpet! The technician did a beautiful job, and I will not hesitate to call APEX if and when the carpet needs cleaning again."
