"They attempted to replace a part in the water heater and when it did not solve the problem, they immediately diagnosed that our water heater needed to be replaced at a cost of $2,100 as the old one was "dead". Once they replaced our system with a brand new one, the problem persisted. At that time they recommended that the plumbing connected to the water heater needed to be replaced as they were old. Once they did that, the system started working. The above process proved to us that the original diagnosis was not accurate and that our existing water heater was not the problem to begin with as their new one also did not produce hot water until the pipes was fixed and we could've fixed the problem with a couple of hundreds of dollars of fixing the plumbing rather than a $2,100 unnecessary expense of changing the system. I asked them to take our old water heater and clean it up and bring it back for installation in a different location in our house. They kept our old system for over a month but never did any work on it and when I called and left a message for the owner of the business to get an update on the status of our repair, my calls would not be returned until I left a message that I would dispute my credit card payment of $2,100 if I did not get a return call with a status on the return of our old water heater; at which time the owner called back immediately and started yelling and screaming and accusing me of being the rudest person he had dealt with. I reminded him to think about his comment as he was the one who was not returning customers calls and that he was screaming at a customer and invited him to think as to who was the rude person. I asked him to return our heater which he did the following Monday and left it at our backdoor. I recommend you always get a second opinion on their recommendations before you award them a job."

They were at my door within 10 minutes of my call!! Granted, they had a crew nearby finishing up another job. "We had a different company come out at first and they gave us an estimate of $900 to clean our pipes, install some kind of system and replace all of our fixtures (they said we had cheap fixtures and they would never be able to find parts). Frustrated, we called Mt Pleasant water works because if there was build up in our pipes we thought they might be able to help with flushing them out. They recommended Bobby, and we are so thankful they did. He figured out the low water pressure was caused from a loose safety valve. He told us to notify the fixture company and they should be able to send us the part since we are in a newer home. He also identified the noise in the kitchen right away. We appreciate that Bobby was willing to identify the problems and fix them rather then wanting to charge us for a whole new system and replace our fixtures. Such an honest guy. Will recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber."
