"Everything went so amazing and smoothly. Mike is so understanding with what you need. The work we had done on our house was perfect. They cleaned up after so there was minimal dust after the work was finished. We are so happy with the finished results and are excited that our home is exactly how we want it to be now. We will be using R & R construction for every contracting project in the future."

"I am so glad that I chose Capital Bay Consturuction for my home projects. Ron was a pleasure to work with as the General Contractor. His team was knowledgeable, efficient, showed up on time, and cleaned up during the process. Each project was explained precisely and in detail. There were no hidden fes or unexpecteded price hikes and all the jobs were completed in a timely manner and within budget. I will continue to use them for any future projects I may have."

"Great experience with this business from start to finish. The fence and concrete look amazing. They were punctual, honest, communicative and they worked with us to get additional projects done. They went above and beyond to fix some pipe work and drainage before pouring the concrete. We can tell they are genuine people and love that the family all work together."

"It didn't go very well. I know that I would be expecting them to come out for the job and then they wouldn't show up for two or three days. So that was a problem. When they poured the concrete, I called the owner and I said, we need to look at this and he sent some of his crew out and use a pressure washer to try to pressure wash the white powder that's all over it and it didn't work, but that's it. That's all I 've seen and I haven't seen any guys and nobody showed up. I tried to call the owner and didn't get an answer. So that's I why I thought I can't do anything on my own but I can at least let people know that he is not a very good contractor and he doesn't do a real good job. And doesn't guarantee his work like he should."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Folsom, CA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
