With confidence, we decided to proceed with BAU for the repair. Fredy Mora and his crew did exceptional work with the demo of the old concrete slabs and the prep for lifting, working quickly and efficiently. Fredy’s positive attitude made the process smooth, and his team was thorough and dedicated from start to finish. A special thank you to our lift project manager, Kevin Gaeden. Kevin was an outstanding communicator, keeping us fully informed and addressing every question promptly. His attentiveness made a huge difference throughout the project, and we felt reassured every step of the way. Esteban Ibarra, a crewmember on the lift team, also did superb work, handling the hands-on details with skill and care. Both Kevin and Esteban even went above and beyond, taking time to fix a jammed bedroom door that had shifted with the house lift. "I misunderstood that Bio Safety was NOT going to complete repairs; instead, they ripped out carpet and drywall, primed areas they didn't rip out with mold resistant primer, and left me to hire a handyman to complete drywall and ceiling repairs. His crew couldn't answer many questions, and some answers were guesses which the owner contradicted when asked later. I asked the Bio Safety to check the attic but I was told that wouldn't be necessary. Instead, the handyman went into the attic and found more mold, a leak in the roof and other issues which he repaired immediately."
