"Matt, the owner of Platinum Plumbing, was the first to respond to my request for a plumber, the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The job was a challenge because I live in a small two story townhome where the tank water heater was located on the first floor in a kitchen closet that I want to convert into a food pantry. I wanted the tankless water heater to go on the other side of the closet wall by my washer and dryer. Two additional plumbing companies looked at the project. One gave me an extremely high estimate which included work that wasn't necessary and the other said it couldn't be done because of venting problems through the second story. Matt was the only person who knew how to assess the job without the need for extraneous costs and knowledgeable enough to solve the venting issues. He knew exactly what tankless water heater brand would best fit my needs and used quality materials to do the job. Matt was prompt, courteous and extremely professional. "This company was amazing. Mike showed up well within the time frame they had promised to diagnose and start repairs. I had one toilet where the water wouldn't stop running, the other where the tank wouldn't fill and a shower faucet that wouldn't stop dripping. I actually only called them to fix the toilet that wouldn't fill up, but when I asked about the other items Mike said he could absolutely do them.
The whole experience was enjoyable. Mike was very pleasant, professional and informative and went out of his way to explain what he was doing and also checked to make sure I wanted to proceed with repairs before just doing them (not all contractors will do that). He was very efficient and had everything done in about an hour or so. I was expecting the price to be a lot more than it was, so whenI saw the bill I was pleasantly surprised.
I have made it a goal to build up a list of trusted, reliable and honest contractors, and I have just found my future contractor for all plumbing needs. I will absolutely recommend The Plumbing Therapist (especially Mike) to all my friends. A+ experience for sure.

"Called to have kitchen sink faucet replaced. Faucet installed quick with friendly professional service. Before leaving I asked Taylor if he would look at a leak I had in front flower bed. He said sure no problem. He found that the main water line had a leak and water was flowing freely. He advised us of the severity of the leak and presented two options for repair. We opted to go with the complete replacement. Taylor then made a call and was quickly joined by Adam. They both got to work around mid afternoon and had the new water line replaced from the water main up to the house with new house shut off values and irrigation lines installed by staying on the job till around 8 PM, so that we would have water with no inconvenience. I would highly recommend Dependable Rooter and Plumbing!!! Very professional, friendly quick service. Techs very knowledgeable and willing to help. Job performed as promised and price quoted.
