"Josh came out and looked at my shower issue. He spent almost an hour working to correct the issue but nothing he attempted worked and he admitted defeat. He did not charge me despite the time spent. About 5 minutes after leaving he called back telling me he'd done some research and would it be okay if he took another look. After returning and spending another 15 minutes, sure enough the problem was solved. I appreciate his determination and customer service. And yes, I did pay for his service for a completed job."
