"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

"I think he did not follow up, there is no customer satisfaction. Some of my floor wood starting to came of after 3 month of installation. I tried to have it fixed numerous time. He keep on making excuse each time. For the reason I have someone else fixe what he was paid for and keep giving excuses I am very disappointed."

"Excellent. Byron was punctual and offered me a competitive quote from the start. Throughout the project he was forthcoming and pointed out any area he anticipated would not sand to his standard (floors are 73 years old). There were never surprises. He sent photos of the progress regularly and walked me through the project daily. I’m satisfied with the results and grateful he made suggestions from the beginning. In general, he’s an honest contractor and a nice guy to work with. Photos attached were taken during the project; not final."

"We visited the business several times before deciding to purchase carpet there. The owner was professional and provided information without being pushy. He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. The carpet was installed in September and we have been very happy with it. I would recommend Carpet Time highly."

I thought it would take 2 weeks to complete, but was surprised when they had multiple guys out each day to work on the floors and they were done in 4 days. "They could not install, because the floor was not level enough, so that type of floor material could not be done. Had to cancel the order. The above rating should NOT be listed as part of their ratings. Checked only to make this review work. Customer service is poor. Call them and put on hold for 15 minutes, then line disconnects. Very hard to call them and get an answer."
