"We've needed a major staircase upgrade for years and got Caesar and his crew to do it. As we decided on this we mentioned our half bathroom on the main level. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."

"Brad installed new cabinets and countertop. He installed the sink and faucet we bought. I wish I took before and after pictures. Our kitchen is small and not ideal for simple installation. He ran into a few snags but was persitant and even fixed a few things not that were not part of the job so our new kitchen would be beautiful and perfectly functionable. Great job!"

"Geoff and his team, (including his dad who has been doing concrete work for 40 years) from Benchmark did an outstanding job start to finish. Geoff, who has a degree in Architecture, began the planning of the rebuilt structure with me that included new features to preserve and strengthen it. Among the new features were the addition of concrete wings under the walkway and a drainage system to siphon water away. He did everything from the drafting of the plans for the village, demolition, construction of both cement and brick work to the final touch, brick columns to accent the building with decorative flower urns. You would not believe how wonderful the front of the building looks today. Our Maintance Person who is a carpenter himself watched the entire process and told me of the very high quality of the work he observed. I would strongly recommend Benchmark for any such work."
