"We had an excellent “remodeling” experience with Zohar! Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! "The painting done looks gorgeous and on can tell that the painting was professionally done. The final contract that was drawn up for me to sign had great detail and was accurate. The production manager included some extra things as painting the retaining wall in the back yard. The painters spoke courteously to me and my wife. The foreman spoke perfect English. One of the painters helped my wife go down the driveway with her walker down to her car that was parked on the street. The painters showed up on time and didn't make a lot of noise like loud talking or playing the radio loud during their lunch breaks. I was especially pleased with the workmanship. They put two coats of paint plus primer on all surfaces, and I am sure that the paint will look good beyond the five year warranty period. The company seemed to have a lot of integrity and will take care of anything that was inadvertently missed. They left at least half a can of paint of each color and some stucco for future touch up."

"Tom Cohen and Joe Sapir were great. They went through the possibilities and options with us, including what we could do with our budget and possibilities for financing. We bought our house as part of a repossessed hillside property, and we had to buy it in "as is" condition with decades of deferred maintenance. We had chipped away at fixing up the interiors over the past ten years, and were ready for a major (and long overdue) overhaul of the exteriors. The house is 1,200 square feet, but the garage is basically two stories with the living area on the third floor. That means a lot of stucco to repair and a lot of surface to paint. We needed new windows to replace the 50-year old ones that were original with the house, along with a new front door and sliding glass door in the back. This included expanding the size of the windows so that they were bigger (and actually up to code). The insulation in the attic was very old and needed to be replaced as well. Our garage door was dented (by a previous owner) and needed to be replaced along with the motor. Our back porch was falling apart, and we needed that repaired and painted. Our back yard had little privacy and was too hot to spend much time in for most of the year, so we also had them put in a large alumawood patio cover that extends over the porch and most of the yard (to the edge of our garden). It was important to us not to just pick a "low bid" contractor and instead to get a company that would do the work with high-quality materials and skilled crews with proper insurance and quality guarantees. We wanted this to be the last major overhaul we have to do on the exteriors of this house. The crews that came to do all of the work were very skilled, and worked with us to make sure they were doing exactly the work we wanted. Each phase of the project went quickly and efficiently, with prompt inspections and "touch-ups" afterwards to make sure everything was done well. Tom and Joe were very responsive and communicated well with us throughout the projects. We are very happy with the work, and we got our money's worth."
