They work with us because our yard is so big and it gets very expensive, and so sometimes in the winter or other times we would want to skip a treatment and they are very accommodating with that. They're always very willing to work with us on which part of the yard we want work done to. They've always followed directions well. Occasionally there would be somebody that comes out as a substitute for somebody else that's not the regular person that comes out. We are going to continue to use them."

"I am a wanna be gardener but really don't know where to start.  I got a planting plan from a landscape designer with the idea that I could do it myself. I had 4 mature coniferous shrubs that I wanted removed and realized soon that the job was more than what I wanted to handle. I contacted Shannon Landscape & Construction and Brian Shannon came out within a week to look at my project. He gave me a verbal estimate of $1500 and said they could get to it this fall.  The next day I received the written proposal and scheduled it for the following week. The project included removing all old existing sod, removing old shrubs, trimming all other remaining shrubbery and trees (which included one maple and one ornamental cherry), clean up and haul away all debris, bring in 3 yards soil mix.  Prep the ground for the lawn and garden beds. Install approx 200 sq ft of sod. The estimate included all labor, material and equipment and estimated a 3 man crew for 7.5 hours.
    The crew arrived right on time and worked very quickly.  So quickly that they were done in about 4 hours - so I asked if they could do some yard clean up in the back.  Alex, the crew foreman called the office and got the go  ahead to do that and in another 1.5 hours had cleaned up and removed a lot of overgrown plant material.
     Everyone I spoke with at this company is very professional.  It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will definitely be using them again.

"I got a deal for 8 hours of clean-up for $250.  I have a big yard and didn't expect them to get everything done, but 8 hours by professionals is probably 15-20 hours by me, so it was a good deal.
In general, they got a lot done and did it fairly well.  I gave them a B on quality though because there were times when a few seemed to be looking for something to do to fill their time, but there was a section of the yard that they didn't touch.  As I said, I didn't expect them to do it all, but it seemed like they were kind of milling around for the last small portion of my purchased time when there was an area full of weeds.  It was just odd, but they didn't damage plants and carried away a ton of fallen pine-needles, pine cones and other debris, so I was happy with the service.

"As I stated in my previous post they were professional and very nice. He did a great job on the shrubs. He was to come back and finish the rose bed. He called and told me he would not be able to make it at the appointed time. I said that was fine, then he text me and said he needed more time to make it back. Again I said that was fine and I have not heard back since. I was lucky that the neighbors helped me clean it up with their trimmer. I was very disappointed. I know he is starting out so I would just say to keep in touch with your clients and put the money you make into better equipment so it will not be so **** ** you physically and you can get jobs done quicker. I wish them the best but we will not hire them back."

He came by within a week and provided me an estimate for the work I wanted to have done and for weekly yard care. I also wanted some landscaping work to be completed. It was completed within a very timely manner and looks great. They maintain the yard weekly and it looks better than my other service ever did."
