"The Arta team is fantastic. They were on schedule every single day of our 3 month renovation (we brought the entire interior of the upstairs down to the studs). "David and his team were amazing to work with. They did our apartment renovations beautifully and on time. We had a very tight timeline before moving into our new home and the Mayanda team worked extremely efficiently without sacrificing quality. David was very communicative and responsive throughout, answering our questions promptly and even sending over in-progress videos. David has an eye for detail and made great suggestions as we were planning out our renovations. Some of his fixes were so seamless that you'd never guess there was anything wrong there in the first place -- beautiful work fixing up some broken heater covers, rehanging a crooked door, building a custom linen closet for the bathroom, and installing shoe molding, as well as repainting the whole apartment. "TKT Remodeling Group LLC is professional, fast & responsive, and very skilled in their work. They did an incredible job replacing our asbestos tiles in the boiler room, leveling out the floor, and adding tiles. They also installed an excellent fire proof door for the room, and fixed our dryer vent so that it was up to code. Additionally, they installed 4 mini splits in the house. They were very diligent in their work and quality control. After the installation they tested all the units and found out one was malfunctioning. They immediately called the supplier to help us get a new replacement unit, advocating on our behalf and pushing back against the supplier's suggestion of simply replacing a part in the malfunctioning unit, and had it replaced in one day. They go above and beyond in all aspects of their work and are very pleasant to work with. We are incredibly satisfied with their fast, and efficient work and highly recommend their services. We'll definitely be using them in the future for any home projects!"
