But I had to keep calling to check up on where the p[arts were and when they would be supplied so that the work could be completed. Randy Lane's office did not seem to be on top of that. After the parts were in, the repairs were done very well by "Al", the plumber sent out to do this job. He is quite capable and [professional. My only concern became how shockingly expensive it was to fix a few faucets. I have a lake home up north and a winter home in AZ am in a position to compare what plumbers charge there. Twin Cities plumbers are way more expensive - far more than the work seems to require, especially in the time of recession where so many plumbers are unemployed due to the collapse of the construction market."
