"The ice maker in our refrigerator failed on Tuesday, we called Omega Force on Wednesday, and it was replaced on Thursday! The scheduling process was quick and painless, and our "Service Hero" Collin couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. As a bonus, he happened to have the replacement part in his truck, so the entire process took less than 20 minutes! We'll definitely be using Omega Force for future appliance repair."

"They did the best job ever. For my 1st experience in duct cleaning, they were through, and professional. I would definitely rehire them again. Only wished they had a membership plan or a maintenance plan for all my appliances and ducts so I could do this every year or two."

The owner even came back a year and a half later to fix something that had a manufacturing defect. He did not charge me for the repair, and was more than gracious for the repeat business.
