"Fantastic. Chris Molina came promptly and not only fixed the furnace, but explained what he was doing and why to my college age son, an artist, in such a way he found it fascinating. I forgot to leave check when I left for work; Chris met me where I was to again explain what was up with the furnace and pick up the check. Care and community wrapped in a service call. Amazing."

"Tracy initially told me how to fix a leak on my water pump. I attempted to do so only to break the pipe going from the water pump to the house. No Water. I called Tracy and he said that he would come out the following morning to fix my pipe. He did what he said he would do. I now have water again. Repaired promptly and satisfactorly."

"Customer satisfaction seems to be of utmost importance to Steve Hanson and his crew, and we are very satisfied customers indeed. We caught the end of the heating season and the entire cooling season and are very satisfied with both the products and the installation. Steve and crew went out of their way to complete the work before we left on a long-planned vacation. For those of you who may be considering air conditioning but are concerned about the effect on your electric bill, it was less than a dollar a day for us to keep the house at a shorts and tee shirt comfort level. As to heating, we got the furnace with the variable speed blower and we love it - the temperature is maintained within a fraction of a degree."

"They came out on a holiday. They let me have it for the non-holiday rates, so I was very happy with that. The guy was really good. He turned out to be detailed. He found all the problem. He had to cut through the driveway to get the connection. He was good. I didn't have any problem with that. The price was good. I didn't even check the price."

"They have been great. They cover all appliances, heating, air, and plumbing. It is $60 for an initial visit to have a ticket open. They basically fix whatever the problem is, but any secondary damage, like in my case. I had a pipe burst. They helped me with the pipes, but all of the flooding, I had to go through my homeowners insurance as a result of that. It is a little bit of paperwork, but it has been working well for me.

I didn't do a whole lot of comparison shopping. The first year of service was a gift from my real estate agent. I don't think the price has been awful for what they have covered. I have just had great service and had no reason to change."

FAQs for gas piping projects in Forest-lakes, AZ

Plumbers with proper licensing and credentials install and relocate gas lines. When hiring a professional, verify they have experience with gas systems and all required certifications. Some homeowners choose to work with plumbers specializing in natural gas installations, as they have extensive experience with similar projects and understand the safety requirements.

The timeline for gas line relocation varies based on project complexity, permit processing, and inspection scheduling. The physical labor takes a few hours to one day, depending on the line length. However, the actual installation work represents only part of the overall project timeline. Your contractor should provide a specific timeframe based on your circumstances and local permitting requirements.

Your gas supply must be shut off during the relocation process. This safety measure prevents gas leaks while connections are being modified. Plan for this temporary service interruption by making alternative arrangements for cooking, heating, or other gas-dependent systems in your home. The shut-off generally only lasts for a portion of the work, often a few hours.

Relocating gas lines to connect new appliances is a common reason for this type of project. Whether you're installing a gas stove, fireplace, dryer, or outdoor grill, a professional can determine the best route for extending your existing gas system. The cost will depend on the distance between your current gas line and the new appliance location.

Gas line work is not suitable for DIY projects. Natural gas is highly flammable and potentially lethal if not handled correctly. Gas leaks can be difficult to detect without specialized equipment. Professional plumbers have the proper training, tools, and experience to safely relocate gas lines while ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
