"Jed was in the process of writing an estimate to change out some lighting systems, and install two ceiling fans. He called and said he wasn't complete, but a very hot weekend was coming up and he would do the fans right away! That was a thoughtful idea /suggestion which we agreed to. Jed and his worker braved the extremely hot attic and installed the hardware to hang the ceiling fans, but additional wiring to power them and provided wiring, switches and two updated switch boxes to accommodate the new extra switches. This job required Jed and crew to get creative and inventive to complete this job in a timely basis. The work was very professional, an they left the jobsite clean. Naturally, I look forward to the lighing changes when time is available. We highly recommend Jed Faulkner Electric for any job that involves electrical work."

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"Had electrical problem. Mike provided me suggestions which allowed me to resolve the issue myself. I would consider Mike a good neighbor and professional. Awesome suggestions and help. THANKS MIKE!!"

"I want to be careful not to sound as if I've been paid to write this! I am a sixty five year old female living in a house built in 1978. I do many things on my own, but when it comes to electrical I'm lost. Pete is a rare find. Someone who completely knows what he is doing and goes the extra mile to make things better. He helped me decide where to install portable A/C in the basement and then put in a new circuit to support the power needs. He also put in another electrical outlet and then before he left he fixed my bathroom fan and got rid of an unused but live outlet in my garden. Great guy. I will never call anyone else for electrical. Pete is a gem."

"Trevor was super helpful through the entire process, great team that got us a cheaper monthly electric bill. Would recommend."

"The entire team at Ilum Solar, were outstanding in every way. We could not have been more pleased. They were very professional, honest, thorough, competent, arrived on time, the workmanship was excellent, and made the process a pleasure, from getting necessary permits, through receiving county approval. The original quote was spot on, they used high quality products and the results were excellent. We referred them to other customers, and they have been very pleased and continue to thank us. We are not ones to give out glowing reviews easily, but when you find a company that is honest, thorough, genuinely cares about their customers, and checks off all the boxes, you are very fortunate. Ilum is one of those companies! Thank you Ben, Rob, and team!"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Refrigerator was repaired, washer and dryer were written off as a lost or beyond repair due to parts needed for repair no longer in stock, and the garage door was repaired but not covered by CHW"

"I had an aluminum door canopy that pulled completely away from the house due to the weight of excessive snow. Might Be Helpful explained how the canopy could be re-installed and made stronger, even showing me the hardware to be used. I am a rather exacting customer but Might Be Helpful got the canopy up and it looks great--just like I wanted. A bit of re-painting was done; the job site was left neat and clean; and a dried-up can of paint was disposed of for me which I quite appreciated."
