"We called them about having a wall oven repaired. It turned out that it needed parts that were no longer available, but they attempted to locate them anyway Ultimately, after I searched for many hours, I found the parts and they installed them. The oven is working great, saving me about $1500.00 over purchasing a new one! Anthony and Boris were great!! I would not hesitate to call them for any appliance repair."

"Kristina was so helpful. After being told by Whirlpool that my dryer was too old to get parts, Bobby from Pace Appliance Repair diagnosed the problem in no time, ordered the part, and installed it. After only two days, I had the use of my dryer. Thank you all so much!"

"I had to find a new appliance repair company as my guy moved out of the area and am very happy to have found Crews Appliance repair. Mike was pleasant, efficient, had great communication and although I was hoping for a less expensive outcome (original diagnostic was not the culprit) I would (and already have) recommend Crews."

"While performing two small repair jobs, they discovered a much more serious problem, a pipe leaking into the basement, which had been going on unnoticed for a long time. They were able to return the following day and make the repair. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, the quality of their work, and their pleasant dispositions. The jobs were done quickly and the cleanup was thorough. I will absolutely call Mayo Plumbing again if I have a problem, small or large."

"Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. Took the time to explain the problem, and then replaced the defective part which he had on the truck. Would definitely recommend to others."

"

I had 3 to do's I needed done.  One was accomplished.

On one, the workman stated the part I had wouldn't work, suggested I return the part for a similar part from a recommended supplier & then call provider back for another appt.

On the last to do, as I recall, he didn't have seals for the type of faucet that was leaking.  Workman suggested that we replace the faucet rather than have the seals replaced.  Again, recommended a supplier to obtain a new faucet & then we could call them back for another appt.

"The individual who worked on my oven was professional and efficient. He returned my calls quickly, explained what needed to be done in clear and understandable language, and did the work in a professional manner and was clean and tidy. I really appreciated the communication back-and-forth as the process went on. I never felt like I didn’t know what was happening and when the work would be done. I highly recommend appliance medic!"

"I hired American Appliance Repair Services to repair a GE Profile electric clothes dryer. I've used GE to repair other Profile appliances with mixed results and a high price. American Appliance Repair scheduled service two days after initial contact, technicians arrived on time, problem quickly diagnosed and after a quick trip to a warehouse to obtain the defective part the dryer was repaired. The charge was reasonable. I am completely satisfied with the service they provided."
