"We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do. The guys arrived around 9:00 AM and worked into the late afternoon.  They put down a ton of new mulch, pruned the bushes, pulled weeds, emptied pots and picked up yard debris. I was amazed how much progress they made in a short period of time.  Cleaned up perfectly before they left.  We were so happy with the work that we will have them come back during the Summer to cut the grass and edge.  Highly recommended!
