"I was pleased with the initial contact by their sales rep. Not once was I told I needed to have both homeowner's at the appointment before they would offer us an estimate. During the appointment all product options were presented in detail. A written estimate was provided at this first meeting. Once accepted it was only a matter of a few days before I was contacted by the company owner, an appointment was set to measure the replacement windows/slider door and in approximately three weeks we had confirmation that our order was ready for installation.
The installation crew arrived on schedule, completed the work in a timely manner and left the home so clean one could not tell there  had been a crew of three working in the home.
A few hours after the work was completed, the business owner came to our home to inspect the work, answering any questions we might have and making sure the job met his high standards.
We would highly  recommend this company to anyone wanting to have replacement windows Simonton) installed . And I feel confident that they would have the same high standards for any of the other services they offer.  There is a high level of professionalism and one can tell the owner takes great pride in a job done well.

"My primary complaint is cost and not service. The service provided was very good. Precision Garage Doors were able to come out promptly on the next day (Saturday) after I called them at 4pm on a Friday. The technician replaced the torsion springs and even repaired a few minor items on our garage doors at no additional charge. The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. That being said, the price that they charged for the torsion spring parts. The labor charges seemed reasonable, but they wanted to charge $250 for *each* torsion spring. I could not find online anywhere where a torsion spring cost more than about half of that ($125). When asked why these torsion springs cost so much, the technician was sort of vague. In following up with the company, I generally got the run-around. They could not provide the manufacturer's part number, and the manufacturer that they use only sells wholesale and will not disclose the price that they charge. No one could really justify the outrageous price that they were charging for the parts, but I needed my garage door fixed as soon as possible, and I didn't have time that weekend to fix it myself due to other obligations. Overall, if you want the problem fixed promptly and properly, and don't mind spending a lot of money, then Precision Garage Doors will do the job for you. If you are handy enough to install torsion springs yourself, you would save a ton of money."

"After a break-in, I needed to get my doors replaced. The reviews on Angie's List helped me select Supreme Window and Door with added confidence. From start to finish, the process was easy and the pricing fair. All the staff were professional and courteous.
The sale representative (Albert) was knowledgeable about the product line. He answered my questions and worked with me to find a product right for me and within my budget. He explained the different features and options - but i never felt pressured. Eric and the rest of the installation team did a beautiful job installing the doors: they were professional, neat and kept me informed throughout the job.
Besides just "selling and installing" my doors, Albert and Eric went above and beyond the written contract and were gracious in volunteering to help me with a few handyman-type small jobs I needed after the break-in: helping to install a new motion-detector light and fixing a broken wooden gate. These were small "chores", but the extra effort they took to quickly install a new backyard security light and to fix the broken gate helped me feel more secure after the break-in incident. Knowing about my situation with the break-in, everyone at Supreme Window and Door worked to expedite the process and get my new doors ordered and installed as soon as possible.

"They introduced their products which I was in to the conversations. I really had a good conversation with the office manager when we were looking for replacement storm windows. They were clear about explaining what the options were for both storm windows and doors and were very conscientious in the work. One of the glass panels that they brought came damaged. They made the arrangements right away to have it replaced and they did that in a very timely way so they had that commitment. The office people and the field people were great to work with. There was minimal of intrusion in the house and we’ve been very pleased with the outcome. We have both storm windows and storm doors added and it has really made a difference in the ability to control the temperature in the house. We were very pleased because we were a little uncertain on what to do. We had cats that were pushing the window screens out so we needed something that was more secure but they also gave us something that was more environmental friendly."
