"Javed was polite, courteous, and a technical genius. He's very perceptive, works at the speed of light and discovered many small software issues which taken together were causing numerous larger problems. My computer had also begun began warning me of imminent failure of the SSD awhile ago. He remotely fixed the software issues, and then came to my home to check for hardware problems. After diagnostic testing he agreed the SSD was on the verge of collapse. He immediately used an external drive to clone everything as a backup. I bought a replacement SSD and called him when it arrived 2 days later. He came back, replaced the drive and tested to insure all functions were operating properly, reinstalled all from the backup. He also made more improvements in software usage. He spent several hours in total and charged far less than I anticipated. Certainly recommend him as first choice for any computer repairs."

"This man came to my house and fixed multiple items he fixed my house phone in which I called 4 other people in to connect it to my network and they could accomplish this and he hooked up my moms computer and he referred me out to a wonderful electrician to install a fan. "Brian and his team do great work. More importantly, they stand by their work and your system. Brian's team installed our camera system a couple of years ago, and he gave us a feeling of more safety and security. The cameras then can be seen through an online app (on your phone or through a special web address), but occasionally there's a glitch, as with most online things. Now, other companies might forget you or want more money after they've done the installation. But not Brian. The glitches are only every now and then, but when they happen, I reach out to him and he gets right on it. He stands by his systems and he troubleshoots it, and you're back up and running.
