When asked, he recommended an $89 toilet at Lowes and told us why - this alone saved money. When he came back 3 days later (to fit our schedule), he removed the toilet and looked in the lines, only to find a root/vines. But instead of jumping to the conclusion of a broken line, he investigated further to find the pipes weren't broken at all. After a quick clean out and installing the new toilet, he was done. It took only 2.5 hours. Jeremy was professional, friendly, and forthcoming with information. We would definitely call him again and easily recommend him."

"I had an email shortly after I contacted and quote received not long after. I needed my faucet repaired but I also needed to replace my garbage disposal. I ordered one but could not get until Oct. 12th . I thought about waiting however the leak in my faucet kept getting worse. I was again contacted & the contractor offered to look at first & provide a free quote. He came out shortly later, quoted, and I accepted & faucet was repaired. I told about the Garbage D. ordered & he quoted but also said I would need a switch box because of the plug line which I would have to put in or call an electrician. After he left I checked out other disposals, w/ good ratings & if in stock. I found one, had credit given on first and picked up at the store that evening. I called him & advised and he said he would be out the next day to install if I desired. I said yes and gave time necessary. That day came and he was here almost at that very time and installed a new disposal. He did nice job and was very nice to talk with ."

"I have never worked with a company that kept me so in the loop with a technician coming out, thank you Brittny for such a great job keeping me informed. I took about 5 minutes explaining the problem to the technician and with his 40 years of experience, he immediately knew what the problem was, which was nothing he could fix, and told me I needed the septic tank pumped out. But he still took the time to prove to me, located the lid to septic tank and never charged me a PENNY!!! He even told me once they pump septic tank out, he will come by and inspect, treat and put cover back on himself at NO CHARGE. Go figure. I read the reviews on Amen Plumbing before I called/texted on a Sunday night, so glad I chose someone that cares about their clients, and not the almighty dollar. Their business name says it ALL!!! I’ve got to throw this in, this was my dads house, who’s 86, has dementia, under hospice care and my sister and I take turns staying with him. Without knowing the root cause, many companies could have taken advantage of the situation and run multiple test to prove the problem, run up a high invoice, but Mr Martin’s (technician) experience, was to take care of customer or offer the alternative solution. This is how locally owned businesses flourish. Please use Amen Plumbing!!!"
