"The representative came out that day and diagnosed the drain flies. He was so knowledgeable & was able to tell me how to prevent them from occurring again. He gave me lots of information all at no cost for the visit. I did hire Security Termite & Pest Control to treat our home quarterly for prevention of pests in our home. "Bob arrived a few minutes early and asked about any problems we have. He then explained fully the treatment he would do and why he did each different step.
