"Mr. Lipscomb arrived at the time he said he would come. Look over what I needed done and realized he had to go and get a part, within no time he was back and repaired the leaks in two bathrooms. I will be letting my friends know about him and I will be call him for anything plumbing that I need. Thanks for suggesting him to me."

"Rema is best reached by phone or text, very friendly, clear, and reliable. He was able to come out 2 days after I called (it wasn't an emergency) and asked me to text photos of my toilets in advance so he could bring the right parts, which he did. Inspected all 7 issues I wanted looked at, explained that 2 didn't need fixing, 1 couldn't really be fixed without a bigger reconfiguration I wasn't ready to do at the time, and fixed my remaining 4 issues quickly and easily. I appreciated his honesty about what did or didn't need a repair, and everything has continued to work well since he left."

"The service was fast and the plumber arrived at my home immediately."

"Wonderful. Honorable. My toilet was leaking and I needed the flange repaired/replaced. I was quoted a price that was lower than a another company but still high, I thought. When the techs fixed the toilet, they realized it wasn't as bad as they thought. The original quote was based on a worse case scenario kind of thing. They could have held me to the quote but actually only charged a little over 1/2 the original quote. I was really pleased. As a woman it is hard to find contractors you can trust. The fact that this company and his men did an honorable act has won me over and they are now my go to plumbers. Yes. They fixed the issue very well. Oh and get this... They showed up on time. Winning....."

"Timely, professional, and personable technician. Provided options for repairs and coordinated an assessment for replacement of system. I’m a customer that was moved with the sale of A-One to John C Flood and I am happy with the transition. The work was on my HVAC system, but that was not listed in the drop down."

"We had been having an ongoing leak coming through our ceiling that noone could seem to fix or truly take the time to locate and fix the problem but when Homeserve finally sent this plumbing company out it was a totally different experience, Connor and the other young man called ahead, arrived promptly and did a thorough job! They found the problem, fixed it, even repaired some unfinished issues the previous plumber left behind and thoroughly cleaned up behind themselves. They were professional and polite and I have nothing but positive to say about this company."

"Very customer service oriented, very knowledgeable, went beyond and above compared to other plumbers he had spoken with."

"The job ended up being easier than expected and he accomplished the task in less than an hour without having to tear up my interior wall to get to the pipes. I am very satisfied with the job."
