A problem arose a week or so after the new system was installed and on-line caused by interfacing new system with old previously condensate drain system. Aire Serv was fantastic. They responded immediately (after hours on a Sunday) and got the system corrected. They also repaired a small amount of damage caused by water backing up in the condensate line - no questions asked.
