Work was able to begin the very next morning (Sunday) and the new line was installed in several hours! The city came out Monday and approved their work, then a crew arrived on Tuesday to backfill the trench. Everyone was very professional and made sure I was pleased with their work. "The first time I called it was Easter Sunday and we had a leak in our garage which we thought was the water heater. Rescue rooter came, it was not the water heater but a copper pipe behind the water heater. They removed the water heater, fix the copper pipe, and put the water heater back. The second time was for a leaking toilet. Both times they were punctual, texted when they were on their way, performed the work in a timely fashion and the technicians were great. "A little high priced for a toilet repair. The stopper was not fitting on the seal when you flushed causing it to run constantly. $395 was a pretty high in my opinion for a $20 toilet kit. We should have done that ourselves. Water Heater did have problems and we were happy to get a new one and have installed. There again, paid a high price for water heater."
