"I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"

"Very professional. Answered all our questions before an after installation of sump pump. I recommend them for foundation repair."

"When they initially installed my unit 0ne year ago, the completed job was top notch and professionally done with no complaints. The easiest contractors that I have ever dealt with. They said to call them in a year for a system check and the first one was free. They were here the next day and actually showed me a few things about the unit. Great bunch of guys."

"Mr. Lester was quick to respond, evaluate the problem, and offer an economic solution. He could have pushed us to an expensive fix, but resolved the issue easily at a low cost. We highly recommend Bobby Lester. Thanks!"

"Crawlspace Miracles LLC did a great job on my crawl space. The team was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done the right way. They also kept me informed throughout the process and left everything neat when they finished. I really appreciate their attention to detail and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing crawl space services."

"Josh and Luis and their crew from Moisture Solutions did a professional job in my crawl space area sistering joists and repairing an outerband beam. They were prompt and always kept me informed of when they were coming and the progress of the work they were doing. They cleaned up the job site and on top of that they were pleasant, respectful, and friendly. I would hire them again without hesitation! They deserve a 5 star review!"

"We had Austin H., Victor, and Junior install two piers to stabilize a foundation crack in our home. They arrived on time, discussed what was going to be done and finished up when they said they would. Very knowledgeable crew. A very good job overall."

"Despite others having a higher average rating I hired Regional Foundation because the salesman, John, took his time, did a thorough evaluation and recommended solutions that no one else had which saved me money. The experience with the crew was great, Johnathan the supervisor communicated well and was punctual. I was quoted a week but Juan and Marcos were incredibly hard workers. The completed the job in three days. My spouse and I are very happy with the work, the air inside is better, less musty, and the AC feels cooler and less damp. Excited to see our next electric bill. Would recommend Regional Foundation."
