He examined our entire garage-door system and described its strengths and weaknesses (to provide information, not to try to sell us on having additional work done). In addition to replacing both springs, he cleaned and lubricated the mechanism and, without charge, fixed a mechanical problem with one of the sensors. He was very efficient, exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced, professional in every respect, and responsive to questions we had.
