"It was fine. The man who did the work was really good. I can't speak for Roto-Rooter themselves but he was very a courteous and a very nice man. It was pricey but I needed it done because I had water backing up and they did it the same day. He was a master plumber and I didn't know that until he came here and he was just really a good guy. He was very thorough in what he did and he wasn't going to leave until he was satisfied that all the drains were clear."
