"I hired Alan to replace a badly deteriorated garage floor and to install a parking pad next to the garage off an alley. When he came to the site to give the estimate he also pointed out some failed mortar joints and significant stair-step cracking along the rear wall. In all, he and his crew repaired multiple sections of old mortar and replaced a rusty lintel; removed the old concrete garage floor; prepared the garage and exterior parking pad, removing dirt and a tree; formed up the new 18x18 garage floor and 20x20 parking pad, with a 4' apron; and poured the new concrete with appropriate finishes. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Alan and his crew were a delight to work with. He clearly communicated changes in plans to work around weather and set expectations on scheduling and how long it would be before the concrete would be ready to be parked on. The site was left clean and neat at the end of each day, and the substantial, unavoidable disruption of the alley was repaired at the end of each day to make it presentable and drivable. No damage was done to my property or neighboring properties. I expected the initial estimate to be significantly higher, yet Alan committed to it, and the only small changes were due to additional work I requested while they were there. I could not be happier with how this project came together, and Alan was a delight to work with. I have several other smaller projects planned over the next few years and hope I'll be able to use him for those, as well!"

"G R Scantling Drywall & Framing were very responsive from the start, calling me weekly to check on the status of my project to schedule the hangers as quickly as possible. They set up the drywall order for me, which I called in to completed (their supplier saved me about $40 over Lowes for XP Purple board). The job was completed in two days (one day hanging, one day tape and mud), was done professionally and well. Super nice guys to boot. Would not think about using anyone for drywall in this area."

"Not only did Jason make my day by letting me know that the cracks were a normal part of the house settling and no repairs were needed, he also took the time to show me a few other structural incidents around the house. He pointed out a few things that we could purchase on our own to keep moisture away from under the house and answered a few general questions I had about some other places in the house. When I asked the charge at the end, he said absolutely nothing. I was shocked and was incredibly impressed at the information he elected to give me about our home and that it was for no other reason than just to help me understand our house and potential things that could happen down the line. He was professional and courteous and I learned a ton (that I didn't expect to but was quite glad I did) in a matter of 15 minutes. "I initially contacted "All In One Home Team, LLC, to review and give me an estimate on replacing the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. The originally work had been poorly done. Ruben examined the area, offered suggestions as to what materials he thought would provide the best outcome. He and his partner completed the bathroom in one day. Because of the excellent job on the bathroom; I then contracted them to give my dining and family rooms a more up-to-date look. The laminated wood tile they suggested was an excellent choice. If you desire excellence, quality workmanship, and professionalism then "All In One Home Team" should be your choice. Economically friendly."
