During the first installment, there was a window that needed correction and this was done immediately. There have been problems with the doors and their correction was also done immediately. No other company was ever considered during our replacement adventure. We have been totally pleased with the product, installers and those who were called in to make the necessary corrections. We wanted this company to do all of this work so we could enjoy the product and the product would be a item for a good resale value."

"In general, I was pretty satisfied, they came punctually, explained what they were doing at each step (there's a number of steps where they were just waiting for 'mud' or paint to dry to they'd come back the following day), and the final product was seamless.  I couldn't tell where they had painted and it looked brand new.
Unfortunately, and I'm not sure what has caused this, but two months later, where they repaired our ceiling cracked along the lines where they did their repairs.  So, I will be calling them to see what they can do about it, if anything."

"I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. They gave us a date in July for Installation. They arrived in May."

"Overall, everything went well. Steve was very responsive and he was nice to deal with. The only reason I didn't give them an overall rating of "A" was because of dealings with my contractor (Nelson). He was a really nice guy, but I didn't feel like he kept me very well informed. That's not to say he wasn't trying to contact me - because he did try calling and left me voice mails, however, one morning I looked out my back door and my porch was gone. I guess I would have just liked to have given them the verbal "ok" to get started before they just went ahead and removed my back porch. But, other than that, I'm very happy with it! The porch is gorgeous!"
