The Advanced Garage Door technician, Joey Batters, said that he could not adjust the door with the spring that was installed. If the force was left so high, the door could buckle and break. He needed to change the spring from two springs to one spring. I had this done and he made corrections to the rest of the installation. <br /> <br /> Now, my garage door works as it should.
