Just so happened that I scheduled my free estimate on one of the coldest days of winter. Chip came out and discussed my project. Never once did he complain about the freezing cold and never called to cancel the appointment. He explained how the new deck would be built and showed me option available to me. <br /> <br />He emailed me the estimate in the time that he promised. However, due to the rain, my project didn't get started when scheduled but that was beyond anyone control. Deckscapes kept me updated on the delays. Once the weather allowed, they came out and replaced my deck. <br /> <br />I LOVE my new deck.
