"I have never worked with a company that kept me so in the loop with a technician coming out, thank you Brittny for such a great job keeping me informed. I took about 5 minutes explaining the problem to the technician and with his 40 years of experience, he immediately knew what the problem was, which was nothing he could fix, and told me I needed the septic tank pumped out. But he still took the time to prove to me, located the lid to septic tank and never charged me a PENNY!!! He even told me once they pump septic tank out, he will come by and inspect, treat and put cover back on himself at NO CHARGE. Go figure. I read the reviews on Amen Plumbing before I called/texted on a Sunday night, so glad I chose someone that cares about their clients, and not the almighty dollar. Their business name says it ALL!!! I’ve got to throw this in, this was my dads house, who’s 86, has dementia, under hospice care and my sister and I take turns staying with him. Without knowing the root cause, many companies could have taken advantage of the situation and run multiple test to prove the problem, run up a high invoice, but Mr Martin’s (technician) experience, was to take care of customer or offer the alternative solution.
