"Balteza Property Services did an amazing job pressure washing and staining our deck. They were punctual and professional, and helped us choose a proper stain. (Some businesses use Home Depot supplies and charge you $$$$ but Balteza Property Services was reasonable AND they special ordered a top quality stain.) We have had our deck stained before, but it looked nothing like it looks now. They are the best. Period."

"I would give our experience with Mark Meredith LLC a 5-star rating. Price fair, workmanship from the onset to conclusion outstanding. MMLLC [Carl Walsh and his team] identified some problems in the deck they were repairing we werenâ t aware of which to us equates to attention to detail and saved us considerable money in the long run. Weâ ve decided to move forward with another project with MMLLC based on our initial experience. Strongly recommend them."

"We recently hired JW Home Improvement to resurface our deck, repair and paint all the trim on the exterior of the house, and make other much-needed repairs and improvements. We very much appreciated Estimator Josh, Field Supervisor Clinton, and Office Manager Michelle for their responsiveness and friendliness. The team they sent to us, Alberto and Javier, were excellent! Highly skilled in so many areas of construction and painting and problem solving, they were efficient, careful, hard working, and thorough. Good natured, they took the time to explain to us what they were doing whenever we had questions. We highly recommend them and plan to hire them again."

"Hired Metropolitan for a porch rail repair, they came out same day I called and provided estimate and followed up with a detailed written estimate including the quality of materials and their contractor license number. Their estimate was competitive with others I received for the job. I hired them because of their customer service. They arrived on time and completed job as promised. When I asked for one small fix it was done immediately. I will definitely be using them for future home repairs at my Alexandria , VA home."

"this was a job to address paint touch-ups and corner posts that had rot at the bottoms on a cedar sided house. efficient, thoughtful, disciplined approach to the proposal. all appointments were kept and punctual. detailed quote provided and all questions answered. was pleased with the time they took for me to understand how and why they quoted the way they did. when the work started, we did a walkthrough and confirmed everything. towards the end, another walkthrough to confirm that they executed the plan to our satisfaction. several small, fair, change orders for some conditions that could not be seen during original quote. on comparison of their proposal quote to others and research on how they wanted to address repairs, it was well supported as the best approach. other's had quoted complete repainting for siding in good condition. they were able to easily color match and focus on repairs to the few areas that needed attention. very happy with the work."

"Chris did a very good job bringing our deck back to the way it was when we bought the house. Very professional and knowledgeable of the issues related to deck work. We got two quotes and, though Chris was a bit more, we decided to go with him as he seems a bit more knowledgeable. Prep work was done on a Friday and the stain work was to be done the following Tuesday. Chris called at about 1200 Tuesday to say he wasn't going to be able to make it due to issues with the availability of his helper. He returned the next day, Wednesday, to complete the work and did a good job of it. Small issues were identified on the final walk thru and he quickly corrected them. Time is really the true test of the quality of the restain effort, but for now it looks very good."

"If anyone is in need of any type of deck work I highly recommend Mr. Frank Oliva and his Deck Solutions Team at 301-792-1117. They recently restored my deck expertly and was very pleased with every aspect of their work, (reviewing products, installation, pricing and warranty). They were extremely courteous, responsive, punctual and professional!"

"We hired them to build a wood deck and pergola in our backyard. Jarrod was assigned to our project. He helped us choose materials that would last and stay within our budget. The deck turned out beautiful. The pergola adds just the right amount of shade and really makes the space feel like an outdoor room. The whole process took about 2 weeks and they kept us updated throughout. Great company that delivers what they promise!"
