"On June 10, I had a company to install security equipment in my home. In doing so, the installer drilled through a wire and I did not have electricity in several outlets due to the damage. "Communication was very good and technician was prompt and accommodating with my schedule. Used an Angies List deal $175 for service call and up to $100 towards work, but turns out I only needed to switch out outlet and visit only took 20 min. Technician was a little odd about entering my home and actually troubleshooting the issue (felt like I was troubleshooting the issue with him when he should have taken the reigns on it since I did pay for a service call and work to be done). So for the value of what I paid, it wasn't worth it, but everything else was good and the switch was replaced with a 1 year warranty."
