"Andi and AGB responded quickly and offered to repair my dryer at a great price. Other companies were either too overpriced (nearly same price as new dryer) or would not respond. And I came and diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote, and a few days later, he came to repair the dryer. I would definitely recommend Andi and AGB. Thank you!!"

"Highly satisfied. Was referred from a close friend, and we’re happy by the service provided."

"Sammy Appliances Repair Services is an extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, customer-centric and very reasonably priced appliance repair and sales company! I called mid-day Friday regarding a rental property that I have in Alexandria, Virginia and Sammy was able to get out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue with the Kenmore washer/ dryer! Repaired it the same day and had the units running prior to leaving!! I highly recommend Sammy Appliances Repair Services!! Just fantastic!!"

"I had a problem with the smell coming off a GE combo washer/dryer that I had just bought. I was so worried that "smell" wasn't something you could get help with. I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Everyone was a s nice as they could have been. Thank you so much, Sterling Appliance!"

"WOW IMPRESSED ! Dryer Vent is " pipe to pipe " due to poor design, and came loose. Techs, LITERALLY dove on top of piggy back dryer, and made repairs hanging UPSIDE DOWN over the back. SO IMPRESSED!""

"the service tech was on time and was very professional. i would hire american appliance co again if i need a repair or service.i was very happy with service."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Very knowledgable, competent, and timely at a very reasonable price. Gave a fair fixed price in advance.. Far more knowledgeable than vendors contacting me through Angi. Found this excellent vendor through checking internet after unhappy with apparent ignorance or unwillingness to quote a fixed price for simple job by other vendors."

"UPDATED 10/30/2020: This is a revision of the 10/7/20 review. They did refund the overpayment and I'm glad that they have been working to make sure that they fixed the problem. They kept me informed about the schedule and arrived and checked the washing machine and determined that it was not the washing machine but I needed an electrician (When the electrician arrived after extensive searching they discovered that the problem was the sump pump) which has now been repaired). They quoted me a fee for the service call. While they were there I asked them about another appliance I was having trouble with. They took a peek and indicated what they thought was the matter and what would be needed for the repair. They gave me a bill for the quoted repair and I paid it by charge card. I was shocked to see that I was charged double the amount I was quoted when I looked at my credit card statement. I'm not sure if they charged me double because they looked at the other appliance, if it was a mistake or something else but I wish they had informed me that I was being charged more. As for the would I hire again I wish there was a maybe button."

"Technicians were extremely flexible with my schedule. When they arrived the quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an honest opinion on time to repair and costs. Because the part needed to be ordered and would take 2 days to arrive, and my freezer was defrosting, I elected to not repair and buy a new freezer instead. Whole experience was outstanding and I would use and recommend Titan again."
