Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

"Excellent work.  The deal I purchased was 6 hours of housecleaning.  That 6 hours is 6 "man-hours".  As such a team of 4 people came to clean my home.  They did a great job in a total of 1.5 hours (4 people at 1.5 hours each = 6 hours).  The services provided were straightforward and as advertised - cleaning, trash, vacuum etc.  It did not include cleaning of the inside of the refrigerator or the inside of the oven.  All that said, it was as advertised and they did a great job.  Very professional.
