"I've had several pool service providers in the past five years who have not only disappointed, but made having a pool an overly costly and stressful thing. Thankfully I have finally found a company I can trust. I have been looking for a company small enough to give individualized service and large enough to provide the various types of services needed to maintain a pool. Sweetwater has gone out of its way to treat me like a special customer, been very fast to respond to issues, communication and follow through has been great and as one type of problem is often related to another type, I like the fact that I am almost always dealing with the same contractor who knows me and whom I know. They have charged a fair price since I hired them several months ago and have not tried to fix problems I don't have as others have done. I got no where near the level of individual attention with other companies the same size and really small companies had me running around to various contractors for various issues. I depend upon my spa for back pain control and they have been willing to make that a priority in servicing me. Other companies have left me without use of the spa for many days but Sweetwater has bent over backwards to see this does not happen. No one else in the area has come close and I have a lot of experience now to be able to say this."

He was meticulous in his work, patiently answered all my questions and did a flawless and neat installation of the new system leaving no messes behind. The reverse osmosis device is quiet and quickly and efficiently makes all the clean water we need. Best of all, no more lugging plastic gallons of water from the grocery store! "Brian was familiar with this dinosaur pump and quickly checked a few things. He found the problem with a leaky valve I had not noticed and plugged it. Problem Solved. I had to bring up the subject of a new pump and all I got from Brian were straight answers that I understood and no heavy sales pitch. I will call Bluewater Pools for any problem or question in the future and I have no reason to doubt that Brian wouldn't be as competent and courteous with any customer as he was with me."

"We contacted Pure Pool service and they came out right away and looked at the pools we have and gave us a quote and a recommendation on some minor things that need to be fixed (like a new filter, etc.). We were impressed with their professionalism and with their responsiveness. My husband chose to use the company that our neighbor uses, but we will definitely keep this company in mind. "They come out with a truck full of parts and tools.  The owner came personally when he knew I had an issue others were trying to replace my unit over.  He told me I needed just a valve, not a huge overhaul.  I did have to order the full part to take just the valve off, but we only used a piece of it which saved me a ton of money in refrigerant replacement and man hours.  For $400 he got us back in working order when my other estimates were $1300 or full replacement.  
2 months later the AC went out again.  This time the fan went.  They had warned us it was close to being an issue the 2 months prior and greased it up for us to help buy us time (We just bought a house and the AC was neglected, but the compressor is still under warranty!)  They did a same day fix for less than $200.
Plus the "If we don't fix it - we don't charge you" guarantee is pretty awesome.

"I have purchased filters from them in their program that they have and they come out every 2-3 months and change them for me, I currently don't have a property manager so I just us them. I haven't had a bad experience with them yet or any complaints."

On a Saturday morning, very reasonable charge, efficient and intelligent.
