Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. "At the appointment call I was treated with kindness and professionalism and was given a timely appointment and was told I would receive a conformation text from the technician and an email from CA which I did, I also got a text from the tech when he was on the way of which he arrived in the appointment window. The tech, Sean, was polite, considerate, knowledgeable and well prepared. I was not charged a service call because in my particular circumstance.
